Nothing appears here without a steward’s approval

A branch or department steward writes the notice as a message to the Church office’s WhatsApp bot, answering a short set of guided questions.
Step 2
A content steward reviews and approves it
Every submission sits in a moderation queue until a content steward checks it and approves it for publication. Nothing is published automatically.
Step 3
It appears on this board
Once approved, the notice appears here, newest first, alongside the Church’s standing notices.
The WhatsApp number for submitting notices is not live yet — it is still being set up by the Church office. Until then, notices reach this board only from the standing entries below, and from whatever the Church office feed publishes when it is connected. For anything urgent in the meantime, contact the Church office directly.
